Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pacific Scientific R21GENA-R1-NS-NV-01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Danfoss products, including obsoleted and phased-out Danfoss parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Omron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Danfoss such as the VLT5052PT5C54STR0DL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VLT5006FT5B20SBR3DLF00A11C0 manufactured by Danfoss and we are pleased to be able to service most Danfoss systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZXGT2840S11 by Manufacturer Omron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand RX621 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Aaeon such as TFAEC6635A1M1010 equipment made by Aaeon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Aaeon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Aaeon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UOER23 made by Toshiba as well as the popular SLS1C22 original spares produced by Lang-Mfg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Sinumerik810 by Siemens and TFAEC6635A1M1010 spares by Aaeon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SERF2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Square-D.
