Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Overly-Hautz--Worldwide-Electric 256B2 & W256T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reuland products, including obsoleted and phased-out O-z/-Gedney parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexnord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reuland such as the 0LDA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ECGJH20012 manufactured by O-z/-Gedney and we are pleased to be able to service most O-z/-Gedney systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 200917350 by Manufacturer Rexnord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reliance Brand M48WG12A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rotac such as MPR322V equipment made by Rotac have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rotac products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rotac" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GGG40 made by Rotex as well as the popular M051020001NP56CM21A original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1035G20 by Rexnord and MPR322V spares by Rotac are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0BFMG16N2000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reuland.
