Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec SAC-SW217/EP parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pickomatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Quint product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 6SP401022CTAN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2302 manufactured by Pickomatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Pickomatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS3X207AC24DC40 by Manufacturer Quint as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Power-Electronics Brand M2023CX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pds-Colombo such as RV732 equipment made by Pds-Colombo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pds-Colombo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pds-Colombo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 10378232CMI made by Reliance as well as the popular MN25G4160 original spares produced by Reliance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CXT2530 by Parker and RV732 spares by Pds-Colombo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300ET4060 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
