Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec MAC-A055D/K1A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Square-D product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the P80B22450RCX2R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPFLX460120X40A15 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ME36800LS by Manufacturer Square-D as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand ND312T36W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Textron such as P838740001151 equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MC3600 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular MWSSR2A original spares produced by Wadeco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MMS22361C1A by Total-Control and P838740001151 spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original N0343FEKMSN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Parker.
