Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ormec GN3-40/2MI parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wattco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Datalogic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wattco such as the JAD1210R2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HEC002A5BF manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K0MX4000USH026 by Manufacturer Datalogic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand KDC3400F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Smc such as HEC002A5B equipment made by Smc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Smc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Smc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GP10E9ST34350B1 made by Saftonics as well as the popular IC695CRU320ENIC695CRU320 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KUAX671 by Kuhnke and HEC002A5B spares by Smc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KED24502 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerex.
