Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Optex DSL-1212-G35M parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Panel-Electronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Package-Controls parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Optimised-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Panel-Electronic such as the MAH0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC1003 manufactured by Package-Controls and we are pleased to be able to service most Package-Controls systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D921 by Manufacturer Optimised-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Parker Brand 002241303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Orientec such as CP308425 equipment made by Orientec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Orientec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Orientec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OCR300L made by Optrac as well as the popular E5001090C6430765 original spares produced by Origa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNAP by Opto-22 and CP308425 spares by Orientec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 39164 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ostergrens.
