Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Optec-Dai-ichi-Denko EQ-812D-S1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Opto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Opteon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Optimised-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto such as the G4HDAL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B1R019 manufactured by Opteon and we are pleased to be able to service most Opteon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EAP001504 by Manufacturer Optimised-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental Brand 41K40AAF in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Oriental such as 4ik25gnsw2mb equipment made by Oriental have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Oriental products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Oriental" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available G70GS049 made by Opto as well as the popular 5IK90GUSF original spares produced by Oriental

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4IK25GNSWM4GN60K by Oriental and 4ik25gnsw2mb spares by Oriental are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4IK25GN5H Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Oriental.
