Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Opcon 1140C-101-101080 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Paroscientific products, including obsoleted and phased-out Reliance-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Perceptron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Paroscientific such as the 2400A101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PM020BH3016NH0 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9174008001 by Manufacturer Perceptron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sick Brand C40S1801DA010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schmitt such as SB5000L equipment made by Schmitt have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schmitt products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schmitt" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DME5000311 made by Sick as well as the popular 4041117 original spares produced by Rosemount

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R3321R00524 by Sauter and SB5000L spares by Schmitt are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TG2A2C22JM6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rosemount.
