Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron NSJ5-SQ01-DRM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Honeywell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Optimation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Chino product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Honeywell such as the RM7800E1010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OPTIMATEOP1500 manufactured by Optimation and we are pleased to be able to service most Optimation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RAN200600c by Manufacturer Chino as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iss-1 Brand QAO075400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fanuc such as PWBE55239 equipment made by Fanuc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fanuc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fanuc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SGMGV20ADA61 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular PremiumPanel original spares produced by Piovan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM10120 by General-Electric and PWBE55239 spares by Fanuc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TEL251042 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sonstige.
