Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron C200H-CPU01-E, ID215, ID212, OD215, OD22 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Opto products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mean-Well parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Electra product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Opto such as the PB16C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SE20012 manufactured by Mean-Well and we are pleased to be able to service most Mean-Well systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EL818521300ELBM81810L56SP by Manufacturer Electra as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Opto Brand G4ODC5G410C5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Optigraf-Ag such as OSC11 equipment made by Optigraf-Ag have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2GN180SA by Oriental and OSC11 spares by Optigraf-Ag are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
