Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Omron C1000HF-CPUA1-V1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yokogawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ge product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the CACRSR30BB1AM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CP45111 manufactured by Yokogawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yokogawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3815PRDA1H1A by Manufacturer Ge as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ge Brand DS3800NMEC1D1C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Notifier-Co such as DIA1010 equipment made by Notifier-Co have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Notifier-Co products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Notifier-Co" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DS3820HI0A1A1B made by Ge as well as the popular DR1015B62 original spares produced by Yokogawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CPMEM4 by Bosch and DIA1010 spares by Notifier-Co are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CK720L8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
