Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Oi-panel 100G-0I1S2R1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Uticor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 150009831001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 18542A1N032R0 manufactured by Uticor and we are pleased to be able to service most Uticor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 18T by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 2711K10G8D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sicron such as 1510118086 equipment made by Sicron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sicron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sicron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1010XECOS made by Metra as well as the popular 195N0073 original spares produced by Danfoss

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PB6M1A by Allen-Bradley and 1510118086 spares by Sicron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711K6C1B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
