Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nsk W3212SS-1P-C5Z parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nwl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Numatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Cryocon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nwl such as the D20656 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S4CG01I1AA1A4 manufactured by Numatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Numatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 32B3232B4TE2556600091A13 by Manufacturer Cryocon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has N-tron Brand 3100H1101482C7011000750 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ifm such as O5D10005D100 equipment made by Ifm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ifm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ifm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 105TX made by N-tron as well as the popular ESERVEM12T original spares produced by N-tron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FDC9090 by Ogden and O5D10005D100 spares by Ifm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E4EZ0001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ntn.
