Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nova 021-5248-002C SER 8432 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Xylem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Emerson product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Xylem such as the 08980683500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 140NOC77101 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0444LM1U1A1I6 by Manufacturer Emerson as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Allen-Bradley Brand 1746NIO4IA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schneider such as 140NOE21110 equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 161104 made by Delco as well as the popular 140CRA21210 original spares produced by Modicon

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 14HP32AF81 by Furnas and 140NOE21110 spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1746NI16VA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley.
