Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North Star RIM8.51024ZK142LD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vickers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Semikron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eupec product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vickers such as the SM440301133010010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SKD11008 manufactured by Semikron and we are pleased to be able to service most Semikron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T640N18TOF by Manufacturer Eupec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Siemens Brand S42024C3218C1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acs such as SB1381 equipment made by Acs have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S273K20 by Asea and SB1381 spares by Acs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
