Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North-Star R8240E442LD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Polysonics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rechner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Pepperl product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Polysonics such as the DDF5088 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EW00001114 manufactured by Rechner and we are pleased to be able to service most Rechner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MLV4054G40A49115 by Manufacturer Pepperl as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rosemount Brand TG2A2C22JM6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rosemount such as 11510010042 equipment made by Rosemount have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rosemount products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rosemount" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available E3SCR61M1J made by Omron as well as the popular VCS11010K original spares produced by Pepperl

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2271100PAE52CD1M by Setra and 11510010042 spares by Rosemount are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ZSLD20 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron.
