Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North-American-Mfg H3701-20-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Flowserve parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC3600SIXH1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LOGIX3200IQ3200IQ10N6E04200600 manufactured by Flowserve and we are pleased to be able to service most Flowserve systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HDS032W100NHS4501FW by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Westinghouse Brand HFA3040 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yaskawa such as JANCDFC190 equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available KDS11100300W1115 made by Indramat as well as the popular HN800F original spares produced by Hilberling

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IDMT2IDMDAUDFROUG by Qualitrol and JANCDFC190 spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KDS13150300W1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat.
