Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North-American H5530G2N09ET parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nova products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 N-tron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nova such as the 0210025002R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 75BNR10ML19D manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9002FX by Manufacturer N-tron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nsd Brand VE2B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Novatech such as A16734 equipment made by Novatech have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NDMMX50118201 by Nuclear-Data and A16734 spares by Novatech are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BST25X621BDFTP4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ntn.
