Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North-American-Electric NA-ATLB-40HP-480-120-N412 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Northstar products, including obsoleted and phased-out Num parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Numatics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Northstar such as the HSD35102487 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 200093L26 manufactured by Num and we are pleased to be able to service most Num systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SH20002BB16D54 by Manufacturer Numatics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nvent-Hoffman Brand 27194 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsn such as 3120010244670 equipment made by Nsn have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsn products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsn" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W1204FA made by Nsk as well as the popular 294E original spares produced by Ods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12DSA4000A00030 by Numatics and 3120010244670 spares by Nsn are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L1H451100Z Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
