Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the North-American-Electric ATL-IRR-460-N4-BRKR-STD parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numerik-Jena products, including obsoleted and phased-out Numatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Num product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numerik-Jena such as the LIA20L801 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the S2AP02A1Q manufactured by Numatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Numatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMH1905L1RF1L by Manufacturer Num as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Novellus Brand 06764002 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nts such as RTD equipment made by Nts have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nts products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nts" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UCFX09 made by Ntn as well as the popular 27032 original spares produced by Nvent-Hoffman

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PESS184TC5M4RB by North-American-Electric and RTD spares by Nts are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
