Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nord SK71L/4 REL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nrd product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK71L4REL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Valvemate7094DC manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UCM1D by Manufacturer Nrd as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oriental Brand C86659212H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Norgren such as D0040B equipment made by Norgren have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Norgren products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Norgren" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2200981 made by Sealant-Equipment as well as the popular E043SAI01001 original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LWH0100 by Novotechnik and D0040B spares by Norgren are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P10FN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Novakon.
