Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nissyo-Instrument-Co.,-Ltd. CM-101TPH parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Oem products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nsk parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 North-American-Electric product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Oem such as the Tqd225s spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ESAJ2014AF320 manufactured by Nsk and we are pleased to be able to service most Nsk systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NAATLB20HP480120N3R by Manufacturer North-American-Electric as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Oem Brand PB32ADJ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nsk such as W407WF equipment made by Nsk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nsk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nsk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SL56SE1024 made by Northstar as well as the popular YS2 original spares produced by Nsk

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the V275D4 by North-American-Electric and W407WF spares by Nsk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSB2020KN001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nsk.
