Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nippon-Denso TPM2-3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Norcross products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nordic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Norcross such as the MP90 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2630670E0162NG manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 91AH34A0A by Manufacturer Nordic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nord Brand SK1SI63N56C in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nord such as 80L4CUSIP66 equipment made by Nord have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK33N71S4CUS by Nord and 80L4CUSIP66 spares by Nord are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
