Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RSICC10 manufactured by Nje and we are pleased to be able to service most Nje systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nokia Brand ATU60404101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nkb such as UC21547 equipment made by Nkb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nkb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nkb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 220DB22TC01 made by Nippon-Electric-Co as well as the popular QOU170 original spares produced by Square-D
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SK90SH4CUS by Nord and UC21547 spares by Nkb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
