Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Neles-Automation BC9/35MM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nh products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematrue product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nh such as the P9003071 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NIPXI8175 manufactured by National-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3442 by Manufacturer Nematrue as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand TR80SBL in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as PXI4461 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MD22 made by Neptune-Mixer-Co as well as the popular 3EEBD10C10 original spares produced by Next

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DP5002110S12 by Newall and PXI4461 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ESP3012N Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Newport.
