Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Netstal such as the RVN1102407129c spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RWS100A15A manufactured by Nemic and we are pleased to be able to service most Nemic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NPP554U by Manufacturer Nec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand 2238101 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nematrue such as 3442 equipment made by Nematrue have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nematrue products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nematrue" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HVC1102405299a made by Netstal as well as the popular N350107 original spares produced by Neotech
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E2385A by Newport and 3442 spares by Nematrue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original POA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Netstal.
