Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nec 163-237060 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nelson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nemic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nelson such as the BEDIENFELDNTR1X00W1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M30WE086AB manufactured by Nec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ES1024ES105 by Manufacturer Nemic as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Newport Brand ONEXY100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Newport such as MPM40899 equipment made by Newport have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Newport products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Newport" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HVC1102405299a made by Netstal as well as the popular Q2000G original spares produced by Newport

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IC63A1H831F1A0 by Nematron and MPM40899 spares by Newport are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NTR1200W Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nelson.
