Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nakanishi(nsk) NE145 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nook products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ni parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nidec-Avtron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nook such as the 54950100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7807501 manufactured by Ni and we are pleased to be able to service most Ni systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HS35M by Manufacturer Nidec-Avtron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nikki-Denso Brand NCRDD7A2B402 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nidec such as M039WZLCH1004 equipment made by Nidec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nidec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nidec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 201A0099 made by Nematron as well as the popular SFWS24X18FS102 original spares produced by Nb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TWA by Nippon-Bearing and M039WZLCH1004 spares by Nidec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SFW20X7FS116 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nb.
