Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Nais MQ-W20C-DC12-24V parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ncc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Namco product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ncc such as the DNCT2010A10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10792 manufactured by Nec and we are pleased to be able to service most Nec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EP23011400 by Manufacturer Namco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nanomotion Brand AB5HRE16V32 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as 186595E320 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CR306E188AAADA made by Line-Control as well as the popular EA70060053 original spares produced by Namco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 182138G01 by National-Instruments and 186595E320 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B4949Y Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nec.
