Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Numatics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Odgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Num product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Numatics such as the S131140060AMO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ETR906001 manufactured by Odgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Odgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UAC3M2L1L by Manufacturer Num as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Numatics Brand 2391514 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nwl such as D20136 equipment made by Nwl have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nwl products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nwl" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BMQ83230D140 made by Ohio-Gear as well as the popular 034655A original spares produced by Nvf-Co.
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X0CM02L1LA1A4 by Numatics and D20136 spares by Nwl are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 240211 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
