Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Murr Elektronik #MCS10-3X400/24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sharp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rkc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sharp such as the JW31N spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES71532AA010XB0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REXC900 by Manufacturer Rkc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Rhomberg Brand AT110230AD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nireco such as TM1400 equipment made by Nireco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nireco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nireco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LXM15MD40N4 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular PRTXD4SL original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJ1WV680C12 by Omron and TM1400 spares by Nireco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES71416BH000AB0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens.
