Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mtl-Measurement-Technology MTL688 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Freescale-Semiconductor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Rexroth product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the Q172HCPU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MVME147SB2 manufactured by Freescale-Semiconductor and we are pleased to be able to service most Freescale-Semiconductor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P68420 by Manufacturer Rexroth as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Omron Brand NSJ8TV01BG5D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Battenfeld such as PDPP423205 equipment made by Battenfeld have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Battenfeld products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Battenfeld" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PHCPLT20221100 made by Abb as well as the popular PM15CKF120 original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PDTR3B10 by Amada and PDPP423205 spares by Battenfeld are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
