Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Neff-Automation-Antriebstechnik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nes parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Neff-Automation-Antriebstechnik such as the 92401188 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RD147 manufactured by Nes and we are pleased to be able to service most Nes systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1F0000110 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mts Brand DCTM2333 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nachi such as M0052003D equipment made by Nachi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nachi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nachi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 801001710 made by Ncr as well as the popular E3000C original spares produced by Nakanishi
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USADED by Nachi and M0052003D spares by Nachi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
