Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motorola 8075 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued K-Plus products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mt-Motori-Elettrici product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader K-Plus such as the KP1403 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 01W3433801 manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TN90L4BISP by Manufacturer Mt-Motori-Elettrici as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motorola Brand 3150279N02 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mov.el such as MOT3MV63B4 equipment made by Mov.el have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mov.el products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mov.el" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AC7 by Mts and MOT3MV63B4 spares by Mov.el are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
