Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motor-Protruction CMI-3-12B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Custom-Servo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mte parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Moxa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Custom-Servo such as the MPA50231C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the E6621418036 manufactured by Mte and we are pleased to be able to service most Mte systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Nport523220004610 by Manufacturer Moxa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mts Brand 40410401B40412201P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Lafert such as MS80S4187025 equipment made by Lafert have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lafert products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lafert" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BKM9 made by Msc as well as the popular KP1407P original spares produced by Motortronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DH100CT by Ms-Sedco and MS80S4187025 spares by Lafert are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARC400A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Movomatic.
