Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motoman SSA-2000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued M-system products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moxa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motor-Power-Board product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader M-system such as the RBS31B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AWK1121USV1011 manufactured by Moxa and we are pleased to be able to service most Moxa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 121536REVD by Manufacturer Motor-Power-Board as well.
