Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued National-Aperture-Inc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mtl-Instruments-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader National-Aperture-Inc such as the MM3MEX10BRL14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MSW1409613N1112WR manufactured by Mtl-Instruments-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Mtl-Instruments-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IWS2013 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mpc Brand 3546 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Controls such as DNCT2020A10 equipment made by National-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Controls" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 74588701 by National-Instruments and DNCT2020A10 spares by National-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
