Motion Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Motion TDC and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Motion TDC include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the TDC if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our TDC repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mydata-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Namco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nematron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mydata-Automation such as the L190292F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EA7014100 manufactured by Namco and we are pleased to be able to service most Namco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PV560TV46 by Manufacturer Nematron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nec Brand 193230555 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as PC7342 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HES152HCP made by Nemicon as well as the popular E70050824 original spares produced by Namco
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CDOS21KM003 by Msc and PC7342 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original NISE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nexcom.
