Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motion-Industries MOO2772 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Pall products, including obsoleted and phased-out Norgren parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Perfection product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Pall such as the GTMP3CLXPCC4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the RM812550 manufactured by Norgren and we are pleased to be able to service most Norgren systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RBG4101B by Manufacturer Perfection as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nurd Brand 1217L45N10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nexen such as 802912 equipment made by Nexen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nexen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nexen" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available NU319G1C3 made by Ntn as well as the popular B821251 original spares produced by Ohio

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 951000PC405 by Nexen and 802912 spares by Nexen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
