Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mori-Seiki MSX-501 III parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motovario products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motor-Power product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motovario such as the T71C2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 35WDB manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 102550F991201 by Manufacturer Motor-Power as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Morse Brand 13GCTL90N10010 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Movomatic such as 107080178 equipment made by Movomatic have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Movomatic products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Movomatic" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MSX501III made by Mori-Seiki as well as the popular 84900002AU original spares produced by Motorola

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XE1153K09K by Morse and 107080178 spares by Movomatic are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MK8005A00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mostek.
