Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moore Industries RDA/3W-100/SH1/24DC-EZ100 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Motorola products, including obsoleted and phased-out Morse parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motor-Power-Company product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Motorola such as the MVME1600001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 175Q56L30 manufactured by Morse and we are pleased to be able to service most Morse systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ESA2S10EPG5121871S1202 by Manufacturer Motor-Power-Company as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Motorola Brand MVME132XTwithCache3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Emerson such as 571006406 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 8075 made by Motorola as well as the popular E76005A01 original spares produced by Mori-Seiki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the I2605L by Morse and 571006406 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
