Moore Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Moore CPT and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Moore CPT include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the CPT if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our CPT repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nematron products, including obsoleted and phased-out National-Scale parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Motortronic product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nematron such as the EPCP15TT4A07AA079 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TOLEDO manufactured by National-Scale and we are pleased to be able to service most National-Scale systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSD403N4 by Manufacturer Motortronic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mtb Brand FP1213049 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by National-Instruments such as PPC2115 equipment made by National-Instruments have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National-Instruments products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National-Instruments" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 4924T made by Nematron as well as the popular THZ original spares produced by Moore
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MRA1A1E24F0U04200E by Mts and PPC2115 spares by National-Instruments are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
