Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Moog BN23-28EF-01CHG parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Contraves-Acb09l30/s products, including obsoleted and phased-out Parker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Contraves-Acb09l30/s such as the ACB09L30S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BE232DQFMSN manufactured by Parker and we are pleased to be able to service most Parker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A8602140T5111 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us Brand A30P3CDRP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Baldor such as B79C0952 equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BM75D75E1000H made by Aerotech as well as the popular BM3116T original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMPH132MRA2 by Lafert and B79C0952 spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original B1402301673 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Demag.
