Montech Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Montech Roller and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Montech Roller include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Roller if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Roller repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LC21EX4 manufactured by Motortronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Motortronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L190292F by Manufacturer Mydata-Automation as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Moore Brand 1617112602 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Motortronics such as HV142PD equipment made by Motortronics have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
