Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Monitech ML104CT1200E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Maple-Systems products, including obsoleted and phased-out Saia parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Modicon product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Maple-Systems such as the OIT4165A00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PCD7D457STCF manufactured by Saia and we are pleased to be able to service most Saia systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P180010 by Manufacturer Modicon as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Symbol Brand PTC860 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ctc such as P21012AR equipment made by Ctc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ctc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ctc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available OP413 made by Opti-Mate as well as the popular PM13A1XD3 original spares produced by Parker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PG12641D by Data-Image and P21012AR spares by Ctc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P4810012 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Red-Lion.
