Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Prosoft products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pyramid parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Prosoft such as the 4204DFNTPDPM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PTR4000 manufactured by Pyramid and we are pleased to be able to service most Pyramid systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSR7260070 by Manufacturer Abb as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Pyrotronics Brand 6022049V1036K4939 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Quarndon such as PME681B equipment made by Quarndon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Quarndon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Quarndon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IBS1 made by Texas-Instruments as well as the popular 150B110 original spares produced by Proteus
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRIP1 by Prysm and PME681B spares by Quarndon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
