Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Mitsubishi A8GT-70GOT-SW-EUN parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Automation-Direct products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hardinge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Divelbiss product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Automation-Direct such as the DPM321 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CN001179167 manufactured by Hardinge and we are pleased to be able to service most Hardinge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DCPM10105 by Manufacturer Divelbiss as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aaeon Brand AMB2020HTE3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Yokogawa such as DaqSation2000T equipment made by Yokogawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yokogawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yokogawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ENRZDP40E made by Estic as well as the popular A9GTQFNB4M original spares produced by Mitsubishi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ER25T0045 by Uniop and DaqSation2000T spares by Yokogawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CIMREX91D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Beijer.
