Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Misumi such as the LX26CM162DJ114853 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DCD180970001402 manufactured by Miltec and we are pleased to be able to service most Miltec systems and parts. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Mitsubishi Brand JS100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Minco such as CT16030 equipment made by Minco have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AZ14100 by Mitsubishi and CT16030 spares by Minco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
