Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Miki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Millipore parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Minarik product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Miki such as the SCD3700E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LR3004110 manufactured by Millipore and we are pleased to be able to service most Millipore systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCM21000A by Manufacturer Minarik as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Minster Brand SCRB42 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mit such as PN200004 equipment made by Mit have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mit products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mit" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 9109080008NA made by Mitel as well as the popular RS50F original spares produced by Microtec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 501891050187 by Mirage and PN200004 spares by Mit are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RPS10014 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Migatron.
