Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Microscan QX-870 QX870 FIS-0870-1004G FIS08701004G parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Radisys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Raycap parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 R+w product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Radisys such as the 61014901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DC64860RMDC64860RM manufactured by Raycap and we are pleased to be able to service most Raycap systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BK215010731 by Manufacturer R+w as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Raster-Graphics Brand 600075001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Russell such as 8723U1 equipment made by Russell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Russell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Russell" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BK22001174042 made by R+w as well as the popular RBGU1316 original spares produced by Fafnir

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 800TRANSPORTTESTER by Raines-Technology and 8723U1 spares by Russell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VC16A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rad.
